• We ship through reputed courier services such as BlueDart, DTDC, DHL, UBX, and FedEx.

• Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days.

• International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 working days, depending on the destination.

• Art and collectible pieces may take longer to reach, as they are shipped via surface logistics within India and DHL internationally.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all orders within India.

• International Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• All shipments (excluding Art & Collectibles) are sent as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning customers will not have to pay additional import duties. If you are charged duty, we recommend paying it, and we will issue store credit for the amount.

Additional Shipping Information

• Orders above $2500 (for the USA) may require additional documentation such as national ID, passport, social security number, or tax identification. If these are not provided on time, the shipment may be returned to India, and the order amount will be non-refundable.

• For single orders containing multiple products, items are generally packed together. If you prefer individual packaging, additional charges may apply.

• Deliveries to remote locations may incur an additional remote area surcharge, which will be communicated before shipping.
